I live in proxima on the zernike campus in groningen. Im going to skip a lot of negative aspects cause there are simply too many to name. First off, the kitchen storage space is laughably small, the kitchen is disgustingly dirty, and when something breaks, it is a miracle sent from the heavens if these incompetent fools even attempt to solve it. But by far worse is the wifi situation. Without fail, every single day, there will be a period of 1 hour MINIMUM where everyone loses internet access. The day im writing this review, the wifi was non fuctional from 12:00 until 18:00, when i finally got a connection, only to lose it less than 30 minutes later. It is mind boggling how these fools charge us nearly 900 euros a month only for the wifi to be consistently horrific. This has been going on from the very second i stepped foot here, and despite hundreds of students sending complaints, they have done NOTHING. It should be criminal to charge this amount of money and deliver such an astounding level of worthlessness. If you want to study, check your email, or even just doomscroll after a long day, youre better off just biking right back to the actual university buildings than going back home.
